The A.O. Smith IT offers a range of 10 single-coil indirect water heaters ranging in capacity from 300 to 2800 litres making them suitable for a wide range of domestic hot water (DHW) applications for commercial projects in hard water areas.

Options
The IT 300 has three adjustable legs facilitate easy installation, IT 400-1000 an insulated ring base. IT is easy to maintain with an insulated clean-out door for comprehensive waterside maintenance and a control column can be removed for convenient cleaning. The magnesium anode is replaceable and can be switched for optional power anode to reduce maintenance.
The IT 300 and 400-1000 are also available in vented version. A.O. Smith unvented system kits utilise combination valves.

Ideal Uses & Applications
Larger volume storage of water at high temperatures
- Where hot water demands are not especially high, or comes in peaks, such as showering
- Refurbishment projects where boilers supply energy for DHW and heating
Additional Information
Requires external energy source such as a boiler
Not recommended for corrosive soft water areas
Can be fitted in confined spaces with optional flexible magnesium anode
